Rutgers Army ROTC: Joint Field Training Exercise (JFTX)
April 4, 2013
Recently, I decided to contact Rutgers Army ROTC to write a story and take pictures of cadets' training because I was curious about the program.
This morning, I had the opportunity to meet with some of the cadets and senior cadets for the first time. They met on the Cook-Douglass Campus to learn how to board Blackhawk helicopters as part of their training. After repeating the exercise, the cadets left in the helicopters to go to to Fort Dix for a four day Joint Field Training Exercise (JFTX).
On Saturday, I will take pictures and write about the JFTX event that also includes cadets from Princeton, Fordham, Seton Hall, St John's and Hofstra's Universities.
