just wait until i tell you this fun fact: the japanese pronunciation (which confirms the “rules card” pronunciation, in case there was any doubt) is located in the music files.

He can do anything ! I mean…he’s literally a Rules Card ! To me, he may even be the strongest character of the game, but he acts dumb to hide his true potential.

Also, I believe he acts dumb only because he didn’t wanted to fight Kris, Susie and Ralsei, just like Papyrus didn’t wanted to fight Frisk. Rouxls is a cinnamon roll ;^;

like in Chapter 1 Rouxls Kaard is called "ruruskaado" in the files
