AAAAA PLEASE TALK ABOUT YOUR SGU FEELINGS THIS SIDE OF FANDOM HAS LIKE 5 PEOPLE IN IT
I really enjoyed it!!!! It was definitely very different to SG1 and SGA which is why I think so many people didn’t like it - but personally I don’t think the difference was a bad thing! I loved the kinda darker more serious vibe to it - Rush and Young’s animosity towards each other was a huge part of the show and it wouldn’t have been the same without all their drama omg. Also the character development was great - I really liked how Eli went from whiny friendzone dude to guy who would sacrifice himself to save everyone (and also realised friendship isn’t necessarily ‘second place’ to being in a relationship). ALSO SGU finally blessed us with canonically gay characters, which I’m SO thankful for! I just have a lot of ~~feelings~~ for this crew!
