I love love love Reanimal so so much and how tarsier studios always leave things for our interpretation and the girl throwing up the lamb in a visceral birth makes me feel so comforted as an sa victim, how she was overall violated by those she trusted and the way after she vomits it up her friends look at her like she’s the monster, even though they’d all sacrificed her???

thinking about soldier and the horse rn,, horses being thought of throughout time as representations of freedom, strength and conquest, but in practice during wartime acting as extensions of and tools to humans. representations of freedom being used as tools. as are soldiers, particularly child soldiers throughout history. reanimals exploration of companionship with animals still drives me insane thanks guys
