Okay several questions!
What happened with Toriel in this world? Especially after Sans got thrown to the surface.
What does the underground look like now? Is it different because its run on Papyrus magic?
What about the Tems! Are they little gremlins now?
Final question does Alphys feel guilty? Does she ever see the husk that's left of Papyrus? Does that change anything at all for the AU?
I love questions!!!
(By the way, this is the first design of Rustfell Toriel, I hope you like it!!)
(EDITED: I made some adjustments to her design, thanks for the advice @flash-and-abel !!! )
1) Well, I'm still working on the character, but for now:
Rust Toriel isn't that different from Horrortale's Toriel, she's still a caring person in a possessive way (at least initially)
But she avoids any kind of interaction, she chose to isolate herself from everything, and it was no different with Caleb, the fallen child
Features (which are still few!!!):
She self-harms, in this case with fire. This "serves" to avoid destroying things around her, including other people. The last child who fell (Frisk) let's say that softened her heart about other people;
She wears a necklace Rust Sans gave her before fighting Rust Undyne. She uses it to remember his sacrifice and the great friend he had been to her. (Yes, Rust Toriel believes he died);
But I confess, it is not yet very well built, for now it is in the prototype phase, but with time it will evolve.
2) Great question!
In Snowdin:
After Rust Alphys used Rust Sans' eyes and one eye from Rust Papyrus, the underground sky ended up changing drastically.
Bloody Nightmare: A climate that will represent danger to the viewer, where the chances of a human dying increase to 80%, is where the monsters hungry for flesh for years show their faces. ((To Caleb's misfortune). Everything gets darker, forcing citizens to use flashlights to light their way, although some prefer to hide in the dark.
Sickly Twilight: Where the environment becomes "calmer," but still carries a weight of danger. It will be one of the best times for humans to explore without dying. The place is cloudy and cold, almost empty, almost.
3) Sorry but I haven't thought of anything for them, FOR NOW!!
4) Well, if she were still alive
But yes, Rust Alphys did feel guilty, so much so that it led her to make a plan to self-destruct and not continue with this absurd idea of Rust Undyne.
