Wish Designs USA officially became a second generation company in May 2010. While this in itself was a big undertaking, it is, another story.

One big second generation milestone that has us all very excited is the production of our 10,000th hickory branch fixture! In the past seven years that's a lot of wood that has passed through our hands, hearts and door and into your homes and businesses. We appreciate our customers who have enabled us to reach this mark.

In conjunction with our 10K announcement we are recognizing Carole Rains, founder of Rustic Artistry, www.rusticartistry.com. It has been a pleasure to work with Carole over the years. She has a beautiful online site with carefully selected artisans of hand crafted and often one of a kind furniture and accessories. We are honored to be one of them. Carole designed two custom hickory branch Appalachian style chandeliers for a client in Colorado. Yes, one is #10,000! Reaching this land mark was a process of more than making lights. Our assembly procedure was completely revamped. We retooled our factory. Manufacturing standards were fine tuned. We are always looking for a way to build a better mousetrap while maintaining the highest quality control and as always meeting UL standards. Even with all these changes we are not an automated facility. Hands on craftsmanship is keynote in the energy and style of our product. Our hickory branch chandeliers and sconces are made with the same care and discretion as in years past. Thank you for playing a part in our journey!
