Hhhhh I finished reading Forged in Captivity by @the-spam-specialist on Ao3 and it lowk left me in pieces I have no clue why this story has affected me so deeply but it has. It’s remarkably well written and had me crying like a loser baby at the end aaaa I had to draw the Ceruledge character from it <333

This fic is also the sole reason I bought Pokémon Violet and lets just say that overlooking Casseroya Lake with my Ceruledge from a watchtower was a very emotional experience

I was listening to this song the whole time while painting this piece and the lyrics really suit the story hhhhh

If u want to read a well written Pokémon fic, then Forged in Captivity is one u absolutely have to give a shot go read it it’s incredible
