I've accepted that Supergirl (2026) won't be as visually astonishing as Woman of Tomorrow 2021 (they don't have the budget) nor would it be a loyal adaptation (I don't see how the story could be made to fit into a blockbuster's three arc structure) but I really hope they can at least be faithful to the themes and heart of the comic.

Because, from a purely personal perspective, not only are they extremely good, but the brainworms that they carry? Incomparable, delectable, they'll send you into madness, and you'll spend months trying to dissect your brain and pick them apart.
