My personal theory as to how this happened:

Ten years ago, Raven finding a gravely injured young girl on the side of the road

“Too bad, bye”

Child begs for her to stay

“...fine, here’s a blanket and some food, do me a favor and die quickly.”

Child dies saying thank you

“Okay, time to get on with this rai-“

*cue maiden power transfer*

“Wait. Wait wh- NO OH MY GOD WHY”

So what’s he going to do.

Why on Earth is Qrow the reasonable one? Like????

I really hope the certain sembences don’t interact and let Tyrian free. Cuz that would be an issue

Wow. Ironwood has really instilled the whole “loyalty first” thing

Penny doesn’t look to happy with that though

Penny’s right, now it’s time to see if Winter changes her mind, or if Ironwood will devide them further

So was Wisse’s little speech enough to convince Marrow to aid them? Or at least not hinder them?

So… Qrow is working with Tryrian? Or he’s bluffing and him and Clover are working together?

RWBY’s teamwork is the most cohesive

They look like they’re trying to hide bodies. But hopefully they can get their scrolls back online now

You know, Tyrian and Qrow really work well together. I don’t know if that says something for their skill or what

Man, Qrow just can’t catch a brake, can he? And I have to wonder if Qrow was with Summer when she died, and that’s why he’s supper protecting over Ruby, because it was his fault she died (so he thinks)

That didn’t work, and now massive electric storm is coming

I wanna see Summer overlay Ruby so bad! Just so we can see the type of huntress she was

And then she just gives her entire team collective heart attacks

And Juane was the only one who realized what was happening, good for him

And now she’s falling without aura

So now we have Adam v. Yang and Blake

So he couldn’t get Blake so now he’s after Yang? Rude

Well that’s a last word “oh” realistic, but not what I was expecting from him

The death fall was much more his style

And poor Blake, that had to have been hard, no matter how much she hated him at the end

And we have the hug!

And that would have been a cute moment to kiss, but it didn’t feel right. Too many negative emotions

And what is that? Godzilla? The missing link between humans and fish turned Grimm?

Acctually the head looks more like a dolphin then a shark/fish so…?

Ok, Leviathan. After the Apathy it seems kinda tame, but ok. And we have all the new Grimm coming to the party

And everyone is basically out of aura. Great…

And the Giant Mech is out, so no Pacific Rim style fight.

And I’m 89% sure Blake and Yang have no idea what’s going on right now. So that’s going to be new for them

And I’m really hopping Winter apears or we get to see Ruby and her eyes acctually go at it.

Ok, Jaune’s semblance kinda discovered. Some sort or aura enhancement/replenishment/transfer. Pretty cool. Hazel’s backstory with Oz unlocked, protective older brother blames everyone. Then, WHAT THE FUCK?!!??!? VERNAL WASN'T THE SPRING MAIDEN BUT RAVEN WAS???!!!! WHEN DID SHE BECOME THE SPRING MAIDEN??!!?!!! Had to have been sometime after she left Qrow and Oz and all that, but after the Spring Maiden that we know left and abandoned her duty to Haven Academy. So Vernal is possibly related to the Spring Maiden before Raven and for some reason the power didn’t transfer to her but to Raven, witch begs the question: how old until you’re too old to inherit the Maiden’s power? When did Before-Raven-Spring die to pass on her power? Oh, and what the fuck was up with the Grimm arm? So Salim can just transfer Grimm body parts onto people now? Was Cinder’s arm completely gone or just to destroyed to be healed anymore? Is that what’s going to happen to Tyrian? Though it does explain why Cinder was more effected than Vernal/Raven when Ruby started with the Silver Eyes. And where is Blake? We need her about now.
