DIY FASHION WEEK TREND
Want to get the look of a modern, texturized, matte bun ??
Here’s how to get this fashion-forward style: 1. Starting about 3 inches from the hairline, create a large teardrop section and coil a bun as flat as possible to the head. 2. Apply Dry Texturizing Spray to the remaining section around the hairline, then back-comb. 3. Pull back that section and knot at the crown. Secure with a hair pin and spray withSuperfine. 4. Finish with a pea-size amount of Rough Luxury for added texture.

Ryan's Holiday Hair Tip!
Hey Sugars!
If I could give you any advice this season, my holiday hair tip would be moisture, moisture, moisture and volume, volume, volume!
Many women are afraid to use a deep conditioning masque because they often leave your locks limp and dry. Thanks to Oribe, the Masque for Beautiful Color deep conditions hair without weighing it down. This indulgent treatment won Allure Magazine's "Best of Beauty" for the way it leaves your hair repaired, glossy and smelling fabulous. Massage the masque into your hair and leave on for at least a minute before rinsing.
Now that you've treated your hair, it's time to get some volume! Add some major height by spraying damp roots with Oribe's Volumista Mist before drying. You can create incredible body and shine with this product. The possibilities are endless.
Okay, ladies, now you have the moisture and the volume as your secret holiday weapon - now all you need is a fabulous holiday party to show off your new look!

Her first video "Leave Well Enough Alone" has just been released in time for Halloween!

Never Before Seen - Behind the Scenes of A-List New York!
Now that the second season of A-List New York has ended, see what happens when there is no drama on the set - it gets left on the cutting room floor! But, oh, what a fun day my team and I from Ryan Darius Salon had!
The stylists and I joined celebrity photographer Mike Ruiz on set with fashion designer Indashio to shoot his "Party Monster" Collection.
Look at stylist Anthony Joseph of Ryan Darius Salon working his magic on one of the models!
Makeup artist Kim White was on set creating fabulous looks with OCC Makeup. Have you tried the lip tar yet? Love it!
Colorist Mila Byeon was on hand to help style the models at the photo shoot.
We added pops of color from Platinum Seamless for that glamorous party girl look!
The event was featured by Mike Milan on Streetwalkersnyc.com - be sure to check it out!
As you can see, even though this scene didn't make the show, we still had a blast!
