DOCTOR WHO SPOILERS
okay first of all. THIS WAS SO GOOD WHAT THE FUCK
at first I was worried because I don't stay away from spoilers. particularly about gallifrey being burned again. but I actually really enjoyed that plotline (season wide plot line season wide plot line season wide plot line)
second I love how the doctor acts different around different people. master shows up in front of the companions? terrified frozen cant say anything because that would give up her game for sure if she responded. master shows up in front of strangers? nobel suffering. the doctor and the master alone together? casual fun banter. very clearly just another thursday. like did I ever apologize for that? no. good hows your shoulder ? hurts. good. like clearly they have been playing a game of one up man ship since they were eight. and yes the doctor is getting tired of it because I could clearly see the really? you have my phone number you coulda just called to get my attention. I loved how causal they were with each other. and just ughh of course they thought of that that they both had every time the other outmaneuvered the other.
I could really see missy in the whats your plan? maximum carnage *jazz hands* I dont understand. no no I know you dont part. like it was just right there and I love it because clearly this is how their conversations went for the 700 years of missy being in the vault went.
and the very end!!! where the doctor sprints into the tardis to get away from answering their questions??? I love it.
