     Her lilac eyes held a twinge of annoyance, though her voice was as calm and collected as it always was. Conspiracy theorists and other things of the sort weren’t exactly uncommon these days, especially since the internet allowed rumors to spread so quickly... Baseless rumors too, at that. If something like that happened at her school, she of all people would know - She was Japan’s best detective, after all. 

     “Even so, I can assure you there are no... ‘Human experiments’ happening at the academy, or whatever over the top story the internet has crafted this time. It’s nothing more than rumors.”
