A week had gone since moving back in with Alex. Her morning sickness had slowly started to face, and everything was starting to seem... normal. Even Toby was back, and Ezra, well, let’s just say she’d given Alex no choice but kick him out. Dude had enough money, anyway. She knew she couldn’t have handled the three of them in the same house, not when she was soon-to-be 18 weeks pregnant. After everything that had happened, she had forgotten one important thing. Ryan didn’t know. The thought itself made her curse underneath her breath as she was on her way to his work - hoping he wouldn’t be too busy, which was stupid to think , him being a firefighter and all. God, did she feel like she was betraying Alex right now. Fuck yes. Still, Ryan deserved to know, and not through a fucking text. Parking a couple of blocks away, she hurried to get inside the building, not wanting to be seen. Or else Ryan and she would be in trouble for sure. She asked around for him, and of course, people helped her. However, when she finally reached the large area where the fire engines were, everything went silent. Where on earth could he be? A sigh escaped her lips, fingers creeping through her worn pink locks... her patience running thin. Then, suddenly, she heard a familiar voice - nearly startling her in the middle of her zoning out. “Jesus fuck, you scared me.”
