i get a little worried whenever i try and think about like biology headcanons for the wof dragons cuz while its something i have an interest in........ im not like a super genius expert or anything..... but also i have to remind myself these are talking dragons they dont have to be 100% realistic .

whats the broad community perception on dragonslayer again? i remember dragonslayer being pretty divisive namely because the idea of humans being relevant in wof but its been a long while since i was like frequently active in the community so maybe public opinion has changed?

#if u want my own thoughts i didnt really care for it because i found it boring... i struggled to really care abt leaf or ivy's chapters and #just wanted to get back to wren and sky's chapters cuz the dragons are involved. but even then i do NOT like sky .......#so overall just kind of a slog to get thru.....#i will say im not like. fundamentally opposed to the idea of humans having relevancy in wof but i just dont care for dragonslayer.#havent read book 15 either thats around where i dropped off the series for good for awhile #rye text

sandwings are on the smaller end of the pyrrhian dragons by mass (theyre not tiny by any means but theyre in the bottom half when ranked against the others), and are opportunistic carnivores/scavengers. They typically find food by flying and are good at passive soaring without spending much energy. Naturally theyre cathemeral and tend to adjust their waking hours around pressures from the environment such as temperature and food availability, however in the age of the Queendoms and dragon society many have just become strictly diurnal.
