In the end I went for a jog during dinner break, managed to catch up with old friends and did a beginner battlerope training. Pls excuse us as we r beginners in this. I know n believe that some of the workout r wrong as I didn't do the research properly. We r just amateurs. Nevertheless we enjoyed the session.
