Sebastian noticed very early on that you cannot ever keep a straight face with Tom around - especially not, when he’s laughing.

While they didn’t have any scenes together in Infinity War and Endgame, they spent time together outside of the set, along with some others, whenever they felt like it. 

Tom’s impersonations kill Sebastian every single freaking time. 

His mother is a big fan of Tom, and she makes a point of requiring lunch with him every time she visits. They all talk books - they do have that Avengers book club going on - music, fun stuff and whatever else comes to their minds until the establishment closes for their break.

The first thing that comes to his mind, when Max thinks of Tom is that he’s like another big brother to him. They squabble like siblings, but just like with Sam, the moment someone turns on either one of them, they’re fighting them like a lion. 

One time, he was very close to breaking into Tom’s house to relieve him of the sorry excuse for a pre-pubescent beard he had grown during one of his downtimes. 

While he loves pestering him, Max also loves picking Tom’s brain and get his advice, and they often end up sitting and talking about different things for hours. That doesn’t mean the teasing will ever stop. 

It isn’t every often that they indulge in old time boarding school behaviour and get drunk off their arses, but when they do, no one is safe from their pranks.

Admittedly, when she first saw Tom in Coriolanus, Sophia developed a bit of a crush on him - and she was acutely reminded of that the first time Chris invited her along to one of the infamous MCU parties, where she was introduced to Tom. Try as she might, that blush would not go down around him for a long while.

Sophia loves talking all things Shakespeare with Tom, mostly, because she knows that he’s so much more knowledgable in the topic than her, and she’s learned a lot over bottles of wine and good laughs. 

The sound of his laughter is so distinctive and funny that, no matter what, Sophia will start laughing, too. Chris makes fun of her for it, not knowing that it’s the same with his boisterous laugh. 

Standing right next to Tom, Sophia will always feel tiny, no matter whether she’s wearing flats or high heels. But despite that he’s never ever ignored her, and she’s very grateful for that.

The first time Taron met Tom, he didn’t actually see him, but heard his laughter being carried through the pub - it was bright and loud and really distinctive, and he is reminded of that first meeting, and their first beer together, every time he hears the sound.

Tom, to him, is a rolemodel, not only in how to hold yourself and behave as a gentleman, but also how to go about their profession. Whenever he has major doubts, or fears, or is bothered by anything he cannot solve by himself or with Phoebe’s help, he asks himself the “WWTHD” - “what would Tom Hiddleston do?” - and usually feels better about his decision afterwards.

They’re both shit dancers, but love going at it anyway.

Since they’re both RADA alumni, just from different graduation years, they teamed up together to allow students to get full scholarships to study at their alma mater. It isn’t under their names, and they never announced it officially - rather, it came about after a good dinner, and them reminiscing about the good old school times.

As much as Max loves to banter with Tom, he moment he would realise something was off, he would be at his friend’s side, no matter what, when or where. No questions asked.

Max considers Tom an older brother, as does his family, which is why it isn’t all too unusual to find him sitting in his parents’ kitchen, with a mug of tea in front of him, happily chatting away with Jeremy or Sinead.

Having two of his oldest, best friends date each other is both a blessing and a curse for Max - a blessing, because he loves seeing Tom and Sienna happy together, a curse, because if they gang up on him, he’s easily outnumbered.

Max will never forget Tom’s face, when he told him he had proposed to Ashley, and that they would get married in London the following August - neither will he forget the look, when he was standing next to him as one of their witnesses and his de facto best man. Such opposites, but all coming right from the heart.
