FOREST FOR THE FLAME:
The "Shadow" over the artwork is the same butterfly art used in the canto and in the Nursefather ID showcases. She's hugging the scabbard like it's a child. Fingers in the background Central part of the altar behind Ryoshuu appears to be some form of safe or compartment.
The phrase "Forest for the Trees" is referenced in both the name of the EGO and in C9:
FOURTH MATCH FLAME:
Burning white cut through the EGO art in the same manner that Arayashiki cuts through reality.
EGO itself shows claws in a very similar manner to "Sora's" EGO Procuration. (Credit to Flower for pointing this one out)
RED EYES (Closed) and RED EYES (Open):
Spider Bud as an abnormality references Ryoshuu's link to motherhood and nurturing the young, as well as violently lashing out at people who would threaten those children.
The Red Eyes of the EGO can be seen as a reference to Shiomi Yoru's red eyes.
