I’m not sure if you mean just going to in the sense of ‘only’ or ‘just about to’ so I’ll talk about both.

I’m only going to say that.それだけ言う。

I’m only going to eat that.それだけ食べる。

I was just about to say that.それ言うところだった！

I was just about to eat that.それ食べるところだった！
