16. which stereotype about your country you hate the most and which one you somewhat agree with?
I mean most stereotypes about Australians are either correct or hilarious, so i’m never really too bothered with them. I’m not a huge fan of when people say all australians are convicts?
A few times I’ve heard people say all Australians are super casual or overly friendly? I think that’s true in that most Australians don’t see the point in being overly formal or standoffish, so from a foreign perspective we probably come across as super chummy.
21. if you could send two things from your country into space, what would they be?
The Big Mango (you know, the one Nandos ‘stole’), because i love the idea of that thing floating around in space, and all of our spiders, because i love the idea of them being a billion miles away.
25. would you like to come from another place, be born in another country?
Yeah, but I think part of it is a ‘the grass is always greener on the other side’ sort of deal.
