As a second child in her family she should had been taught in the way of the Lords (Education), but her heart draws somewhere else. Of course, her uncle Azaid stood against her ideas. Despite most of the denials and lack of support from her family, only her mother Evestra and her father Rathan stood behind Damera. The family thought that becoming a paladin as a girl was impossible and suicidal. She was 6 when she made her decision, becoming a paladin like her father.
Years later, when she could be only 8, happened the tragedy when the whole family made their visit in their country-house. At first, it was beautiful as always. They decided to make a trip to the nearest valley, as a family hiking. No one could tell that dark shadows will embrace the day. She remembers, a large group of orc warriors attacked them, while they were hitchhiking the valley. Rathan, her father tried to held them up so they could escape. From this day Damera hated all the (orcs and) warriors no matter they are enemies or allies.
