Epiphany Untold (BTS “Epiphany”/”The Truth Untold” Mashup)

I was inspired by Ryuseralover's amazing "Tear Untold" mashup (sadly it's not on Youtube anymore), because not only is it a great song in its own right, the poetry behind combining those two songs in particular struck me as really powerful.

After all, even though "The Truth Untold" might seem like a genuine, tragic love song - in the end, this "viewing another person as an untouchable sense of salvation" is exactly what would lead to the disappointment and bitterness expressed in "Outro: Tear".

So taking the sad, tranquil vocals of Truth Untold and underlaying them with the frantic darkness of Tear's instrumentals was an awesome choice on Ryuseralover's behalf in my opinion.

Along that same vein, this mashup I've made is like the other side of that coin, if you will. It's about the hope, an echo from the future, that someday the epiphany that you're the one you should love in this world will truly strike and enable you to love for real.
