Oh I agree. 2008 was full of my favorite american gymnasts! Between Alicia, Bridget, Sam, and Mackenzie, I was in heaven. Honestly I didn't pay much attention to the American girls this quad, until the beginning of 2011. I was actually more focused on Musty and Nabs, after I'd seen a video of them both at the Japan Cup in 2009. That's when I really fell in love with the "Russian Babies."I also LOVE the Romanian team, and have so much admiration for Cata and Sandra! :)

:D Yay! As for the promises, I don't think anybody's really promised. For Team USA, I'd like to see Katelyn Ohashi (If she doesn't burn out), Rebecca Bross, Kyla Ross, Polina Shchennikova, Lizzy Leduc, Nica Hults, and Lexie Priessman, at trials. If any of them make it to the team (especially Lizzy and Nica!), I'll be a happy camper!
Russia is a bit more complicated, IMO. There are so many talented Russians, it's quite hard to pick at the moment. I'd love to see some of the Juniors though like Baturina, Shelgunova, and Kharenkova, with Musty, Paseka, Vika, Grishina, and Sidorova (my favorite underdog.)
Honestly, I think this is going to be a VERY interesting quad.
