a decade ago, you were the go-to actor for any new comedy movie getting produced. casting directors called your agent and begged for your appearance, but after a scandal rocked your reputation you were nothing but tabloid fodder. that is, until the director decided you were ready for a comeback. now that he's been murdered, you have to decide whether you're ready to risk more controversy or stay quiet. however, that decision may not remain up to you...

the voice. as the director's ex, the voice is someone you think you can build an allyship with. sure, their relationship was on the down-low but as a friend of the director you think you can get in good. you have no idea how rocky their relationship truly was, but you do know enough to remind them you could ruin their reputation if they keep pushing you away.
the (barely) living legend. you recognize the (barely) living legend from something, but you can't quite put your finger on what! you keep trying to connect with them to figure it all out, but they seem pretty reluctant to engage with you. it all seemed like pretty standard judge-y behavior until the director's death and their eyes immediately went to you. whatever - they've gotta be crazy if they think that.
the former heartthrob. you two go way back! when the former heartthrob was still living life privately, you two connected and became friends. they stuck with you through the controversy and helped you maintain a more private life for a moment while you stepped away from the limelight to "reflect". when the director dies, the only person on set you feel you can trust is them.
