Also Deans reaction to seeing his brother's face when Eileen didn't respond hits so hard cuz he knows exactly what he's feeling from every time he lost or almost lost Cas.
Also Cas going with his husband to kill Billie cuz it's getting to endgame and he can't bear to be away from him any longer than he absolutely has to.
Cas looked at Dean with so much EMOTION and EVIDENCE in his face cuz Dean was standing there with Bilies scythe!
