Definitely test content with people - Do in pyramid or something - Low risk - no ethics - have to do ethics but it’s the easy one - Mock up box in cardboard - See how they interact with it - What, how do I use it? what do they get from it? - Qualitative survey, info : age, year, degree -- Questions like ; -- “Describe how you found this” -- “Would it help you?” -- “Return to multiple times” -- “Would you continue to use it?” -- “Would you recommend it to anybody?” -- “Is the content readable/ in a good order?
