This is my new modern build, and my first build that im actually uploading for everyone to download. This home is a 1bd 1bth, with a front yard swimming pool. and a nice lounge grilling area in the back. I did change a few scenery pieces after these photos were taken but not by a lot.

This is Lynncrest, a very fun house to build. Another ‘almost’ done house for my Lemon Tree world.

4 Bedroom 3 Bath house. 

HOORAY TO ME! I got pictures without the floor grid... lol

I’ll be returning to each of these houses once I have sims who form families and need more space. Right now it’s all about cranking out as many as I can. Mostly the spaces are left empty because I have no idea what the sims hobbies are that will live in these home, but I don’t want to leave the empty because I’d like my sims to move there autonomously if they want too.
