Heyo, here with a schoolio~ It's unfurnished, but I will probably make a furnished or at least partially furnished version later unless someone else does which I totally hope happens. I'm not too good at furnishing big lots XD - Unfurnished - EPS Used (95% sure): Late Night, World Adventures (Game Version: 1.67) - CC used from Lunasims and TSR (they should be included in the .sims3pack, but if not lemme know).
