Overall shot decent at the s3darchery #Outdoor3D and #OutdoorTarget Nationals in #MetropolisIL but finished short of my goals of an overall national series podium finish and finished 8th overall in the Elementary School Open #S3DA National #ShooterOfTheYear rankings, I was 1 point off the podium from indoor nationals, 3 points off the podium for outdoor target and shot a #PersonalBest for 3D but that wasnt good enough. Very tough and close competition here like I wanted at @s3darchery #OutdoorTarget Nationals but I finished 6th out of 12 which is not good but it is the top half. I was just 3 points off the podium and I know what happened to cost me the podium in the first half of scoring and fixed it for the second half but just didnt have enough arrows left to shoot to finish on the podium. Up next is two days of #Outdoor3D shooting which I'm looking forward to, I'm going to start off shooting safe just aiming for center 10s then going aggressive aiming for the 12s. I'm still in contention to finish on the podium for the #S3DA #ShooterOfTheYear so have to play it smart.
