LANDGRAAB ESTATE

The Landgraab mansion, re-imagined and based on TS3 design. I wanted to take the best aspects of their S3 mansion and give it more of a historic feel, as if it’s been the oldest home in Willow Creek (”...Nancy’s family more or less founded the town...”). Features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a butler’s quarters in the attic. Kitchen with breakfast nook, laundry, dining room with bar, study/library, living room for entertaining with parlor area, and a home theatre room upstairs. The garden features manicured hedges, flowerbeds, pond with fountains and a swimming pool.

Keep in mind I had designed this imagining the Landgraabs have Malcolm as a child and Johnny as a teen, with Geoffrey and Nancy working their S3 careers (surgeon and CEO), the study is meant for Nancy. Maybe this is right before Johnny decides he wanted to become a comedian? Before the Landgraabs disown him. (It works in my head, okay!) Part of my “The Original Sims” project. I hope to put up my redesigned Landgraab family soon as well.
