Hello! I have finally finished creating my base game plus for rent save file for the Sims 4.
What's Included?
My Base Game Save File (Click if you want to see what's included)
1 new rental property in Willow Creek
1 new rental property in Oasis Springs
1 new rental property in Newcrest
2 new rental properties in Tomarang
In Tomarang, I kept the original rental properties and the original sims
In Tomarang, I added 2 new residential rentals plus a vacation rental
In Tomarang, I added a new national park
There are 8 new households spread in the new rental properties
The sims I created are meant to be fresh faces and can be tweaked for starting storylines
The sims have careers and skills.
The rental properties are equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. A select few are fully furnished.
What packs are needed?
Just the Base Game and the For Rent Expansion
Any Custom Content?
There isn't any custom content required. I did, however, use MC Command Center and UI extension to help with giving sims skills/careers/etc (NOT REQUIRED)
How to Download:
First click the download and wait for it to completely download
Next, drag the .save you just downloaded into your game's save folder (in documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves
Finally, start your game and on the main menu, press load game (you should see my save file listed)
