Sa.Du - Save As (Bonzai Basiks)
Purveyor of the finest tech beats Sa.Du delivers his latest three tracker "Save As". Sa.Du now has a very impressive collection of works under the Bonzai imprint and this is sure to continue as he thrashes out quality vibes every time.
"Save As" intros with a myriad of different percussions which form beautifully into a solid groove, heavy kicks are the perfect addition with a superb bassline getting the groove into full effect. The introduction of strange sounding synths gives the track a slight twist and on the break warm lush synths accompany melodic piano sequences before reverting back to a sublime tech groove.
"Make Noise" gets going with a fantastic big room kick and open hat combi, a throbbing bass soon enters and a top notch groove is born. Rhythms build up nicely and on the break some brilliant FX work on the vocal creates a sinister vibe. Kicking back into the groove we get a superb synth which alone will have any floor jumping.
Finally we see super club groover "Lost Package", the intro reveals an offset bass which goes on to dominate proceedings, this is backed with a strong kick and tight perc arrangement. A truly hypnotic vibe follows with FX work sitting in very well, great sound here and one to watch.

Sa.Du - Secrets EP (Bonzai Basiks)
The impressively talented Sa.Du delves back into the bowels of tech fuelled house with another four track EP entitled "Secrets". We never tire of the sounds this guy produces and with every release comes support from all over and this is no exception, super tight production of the highest order.
"Season" gets us started and the intro boasts an intense feeling which is backed up with a very sinister vocal sample. An awesome kick comes in over a very rich church organ pad with the percussion building up the groove. Real nice deep house chords keep the flow and a few surprises come around throughout which really enhances the overall vibe, top notch stuff yet again!
"Secrets" takes on a true tech house vibe with a cool bassline and some quality percussion arranging. Minimal sounding track with a some very nice notes thrown in, big focus goes to creating the bouncy rhythm using lots of wooded percussion. Brilliant use of the vocal rounds up a simply amazing track.
"Giga" ramps up the energy somewhat with a groovy rhythm built up with the tight drum and perc arrangement. Super cool keys add a funky flavour and again we see a vocal sample used very well which fits the sound perfectly. Definitely a track that will grace many decks.
Getting right down to seriously groovy business with "In To You", a real deep sliding bassline provides just the right amount of funk to this. Upbeat rhythms will shake any ass thanks to the banging kicks and sharp edged hats and percussions. Again Sa.Du uses vocal samples to perfection and again this will be a firm favourite among many listeners.

Sa.Du - Avorani (Bonzai Basiks)
Basiks regular Sa.Du returns with more quality deep tech house flavours with Lucio Grandi stepping up for remix duties. Sa.Du is a busy guy with releases across many labels and he is also a popular remixer on many tracks.
"Avorani" takes us into the depths with a low end bass and solid groove. Nice sharp hats and other percussions give a tribal element with the vocal samples adding weight. Contrasting melodies take hold unexpectedly that gives the track new dimension, very well constructed.
Lucio Grandi drops by with his Deconstruction Remix, a masterclass in percussive arrangement backed up with a brilliant array of quality FX. The original melody makes an appearance adding an extra layer, top notch!
"Citizen" takes on a tribal feel, this is manifested through the drums section and with the vocal samples. Cool retro type synths show up which will give a club appeal and we get a whole new realm of sound on the break, very contrasting stuff. A strong and steady groove that will keep those late night parties in full swing.

Ritch Mollen - Enough of Disco (Bonzai Basiks)
Based in Mexico, DJ and producer Ritch Mullen makes his debut on Bonzai Basiks with a superb deep, tech, electro slice in the form of "Enough Of Disco". With an impressive list of releases already under his belt we get a glimpse at the amazing talent on offer. Ritch delves into all kinds of sounds from house, deep house, tech house, indie and nu-disco, and he has seen many releases over various labels. So get up and enjoy the flow from this awesome vibe.
The original mix is a true club orientated vibe, big crisp hats with a solid thump on the kick shored up with some real cool FX work. The big hitter on this track, apart from an amazing whispered vocal, is the ass-shakin bassline, quality. Watch out for some sweet electro snares also!
The ever popular Sa.Du steps up for remix duty and yet again he brings the wow factor along for the ride. The original elements are well represented but with a deeper, darker edge. Loads of FX create a wonderful atmosphere while the vocal is used to great effect. Real solid groove with the drums and percs, this is topped off with an energetic bouncing bassline, great great stuff.

Mr. Dello - Woadi Moan (Bonzai Basiks)
Debut artist on Bonzai Basiks Mr. Dello impresses with an electro tech joint backed with quality remixes on "Woadi Moan".
Dello has been influenced by the synth era of the eighties while listening to the likes of Depeche Mode, Bauhaus, Yello, Kraftwerk, Joy Division, Giorgio Moroder and Pet Shop Boys. After hearing Danny Tenaglia in an Athens nightclub he was hooked into electronic music and started to collect vinyls and get involved in piano lessons. Many study years passed and he ended up working as a sound engineer on concerts all over the world. He is now enjoying a successful DJ career around Greece and continuing to produce quality sounds.
"Woadi Moan" intros with a classic electro kick and builds with lots of bongo percussion and a bouncy bass, lots of brass stabs and a short spoken vocal fill up the sound. On the break a simple melody comes and that brass stab dominates, cool FX add an extra layer, solid rhythm!
On the remix we have Greek artist Sa.Du tweaking the controls to display a mighty tech house vibe. Upbeat sound with lots of Latin inspired percs, awesome deep bassline and sharp, crisp hats, very nice arrangement from a fast growing big name at Bonzai Basiks.
Next up is Dutch producer The French Connection with a quite funky little tech house slice, nice intro with a lot of drums and percs mashed together, the tune then kicks into a cool groove with spoken vocal throughout. Throbbing bass and some really cool sweep FX, on the break things start to funk up with an awesome organ sound.
