Honestly, I always saw Tony in the middle of the good and evil spectrum. Like he doesn’t fall into righteousness like Sam and Steve, but he isn’t a killer like Ultron, Loki ETC. Personally I like some heroes that are goody goodies and perfect -cough-Sam Wilson-cough- but I find people like Tony interesting.
But putting him on Obidiah Stane/Loki/Grant Ward Level of evil everytime he fucks up because of common wobbification is just mind blowing.
Honestly, I get the annoyance of the constant woobification of white male villains and villianization of POC heroes, like it annoys me sometimes...but people need to know when its necessary to crucify a character for doing wrong [Lokis and Grant Wards] and when it’s unnecessary to crucify a character for occasionally doing questionable things [Jessica Jones and Tony Starks].
