The T.U.A
The company both of these guys work at! Run by a slightly eccentric cryptid of a British man, their main goal is to archive a usable log of multiverse and general map of everyone and everything! Though the owner does tend of offer people "deals" in order to gain more power in the multiverse. As his presence could be considered quite "limited". from loans, to sending his men out on some kind of epic journey to acquire a magical artifact they do it all!
Sable (the spikey one ye-haw)
He's a certified cool guy wannabe, only sometimes actually delivering on this desire. of course only to immediately ruin the moment. ( From either being too nice to seem "badass" freaking out over how cool he looked. ) besides all of this sable remains one of the more sensible of his fellow employees
Impressions of this man are split into the dependence of whether or not he's working. Sable tends to develop a serious and focused front. This mainly being from the fact that sables precious attempts at a casual attitude to his work the employee accompanying him horrifically died! (Probably why he's afraid of the actual dark :D )
Sables been working at the T.U.A for approximately 5 years at this point. He's mainly sent out for things like item/debt collection, he also normally finds himself paired with clay. Which works quite well with Clay's current job of field data collector.
Clay (sans)
Clay could be considered quite a recent person, having the mental age of someone in their mid 20s but only really gaining sentience 5 years ago. As in every way he could be considered an enchanted statue.
Clay's creator actually gave him away to the company he currently works at, in order to settle a large debt they had amassed. The owner of the T.UA (who has a very strong investment in his treatment of employees and workers) hated the fact that he was basically a servant and immediately gave him the option to leave. (he did not, but now he gets dental care!)
Overall clay is described as a very chipper, empathetic and tone deaf. constantly possessing an unwavering peppy approach to the most inappropriate of situations. clay tends to take on tasks or any kind of favor from his coworkers as possible to feel a sense of usefulness. ( i guess somethings left over from before he started working here.)
