DRIFTING AT EBISU- I went to Japan to film nothing planned out too much and got a bunch of good stuff. @sabotgroup ・・・ out in Fukushima #Japan where one of Hammond’s drift cars are kept. Designed and built by drift driver Nobushige Kumakubo. Ebisu Circuit is the premier drifting-based tracks of the world. Nobushige also holds other motorsport events there including Endurance Races, FJ1600. The complex also has a Safari park. The complex features 7 individual tracks plus 2 skid pan type circuits. The circuits are, Nishi (West), Kita (North), Higashi (East), Minami (South) as well as Drift Land, the School Course, The Touge (mountain pass) and 'KuruKuru Land' which are the skidpans. The most famous circuit is the Minami or South course which is for D1 and other drifting events. The Higashi or East circuit features a 420 metre long main straight with 20 ground floor pit garages and is used mainly for grip events. @sabotgroup ・・・ When we travel, we travel not in the tourist areas but areas most can’t see, @sabotgroup @hammond_meredith @estevanoriol @alexzarth @thealiciabarnett @kei_ozawa when we hit the deep section of Japan with the Bosozoku a subculture associated with customized motorcycles sometimes referred by Japanese cops as pseudo-yakuza organizations. We spent almost half the night hanging out and riding around with them. We embrace other cultures because embracement is respect .... no matter what you feel .... therefore when invited it’s a sign of their respect to us.
