      if there’s one thing about living in the city that akela HATES, it’s having NEIGHBORS. back home in waikiki her closest neighbor was a couple acres away, and she had the sound of crashing waves to distract her. here in manhattan, there’s nothing to stop the sounds from the apartment next to hers. and it’s been almost a year of it. days and months of late nights to early mornings. so when it suddenly STOPS, akela’s not even upset that she’s GRATEFUL. until it doesn’t START again.      a month has passed of peace  &&  quiet at night, and akela’s gratefulness easily turned to ash  &&  worry. lip caught between her teeth, legs unfold from beneath her to bring her off the couch and towards the freezer in the kitchen. minutes later her door shuts and knuckles rap on the next door down.

      it’s been ABOUT two months since her divorce was finalized and she’d never thought she’d end up in the office where she was last seen in a fit of her uncontrollably crying but after everything was said and done he did happen to mention she could come back whenever she NEEDED -- and by needed he probably meant her needs on a professional level, not that she was now a lonely single mom. she didn’t make a call or anything saying that she was coming, he was probably on his lunch break which was the perfect time to make a casual appearance. luckily when she walked into his firm the secretary wasn’t paying attention and she had the opportunity to SNEAK pass which was hard considering her heels seemed to make the most noise on hardwood floors. the brunette took a deep breath as she walked down the familiar halls before stopping at the male’s office and knocking on the door gently, peeping her head through the door afterwards,   ❛  i think i’d like to take you up on your OFFER now.  ❜

I AM A SIMS FANATIC OKAY THAT SHIT HAS RUUUUINED MY LIFEEEEE. I spent like $100+ on sims 3 stuff and bought like ~$70 on sims 4 + an expansion pack. ONLY TO NEVER PLAY IT BECAUSE MY ASS IS BUSY WITH SCHOOL AND TRYING TO FIND A JOB IT'S A DISEASE
