yes he would, and somewhere in the multiverse there is a victoria von doom and I bet she's just as fucking badass and if 616 doom met her his reaction wouldn't be "a woman?!?! I'm so insulted hOW DARE"

it’s just a rumour that he might be Stephen. And even if he is, there might be hope that he won’t play Stephen as a crazy, wacky sort of guy. Who knows

i know it's just a rumor/early report. everything emphasizes it.  but if Disney is talking to Depp they're highly likely to cast him somewhere at least.  i just like to wallow in despair at the earliest possible moment.

Eh, I wouldn't have high hopes for a Depp Doctor Strange not being some brand of his wacky Burton-esque kind of stuff. but i could definitely always be surprised.  either way it'd be a boring casting choice, imo
