It wasn’t mean to be an overly complicated job. Some idiot had come in from out of town and was pissing off the wrong people. Naturally this meant he had to be taken care of, and Ivan’s employer wanted to make sure it got handled as well as could be. The guy wasn’t completely stupid, having He’d thought he’d be the first one to get the drop on the target, but surprise, surprise, a girl he didn’t recognize was already scoping the place out when he arrived. He approached cautiously, but he wasn’t exactly itching to kill anyone that wouldn’t earn him a paycheck. Still, she was a complication and it’d likely do him good to see how to uncomplicate it if possible.
