Like my best friend who I never get to see and hasn't talked to me in a month just texted me and apologized for that, but I really don't know what to do???

I'm hurt and all, but for some reason I also don't know how to feel...Especially since I feel that I sort of changed, and I just really don't know. I can't even respond to her and it's eating me up :/
