All day he'd been filled with nerves, glancing at the watch in the shop for what felt like hours upon hours. It felt like no time had passed and yet in his mind he'd lived through another lifetime. He'd forgotten to ask Sade if it was okay that he brought something, but he figured she'd understand him wanting to bring his son a present. It was still crazy for him to think about, the fact that he now had a child. Technically he'd had a child for five years. Knocking at the door to her apartment he suddenly felt nervous. Jeff wanted Jasper to like him. And he wanted to get some time to tell Sade the truth about who he actually was. Hopefully that would be the diffiuclt part and things with Jasper would run smoothly.
