Progress and problems.

I woke up stupid early today and since I have trouble falling asleep again, I figured hey why not make some furniture. So now I have some windows (palette-swapped the curtains) and an attempt at making the futon I usually sleep on at home.

The problem is the second picture. I discovered the character can walk on the desk, even though it's marked as not walkable in the tile part of the database. Still trying to figure this out. RMVX users, any advice?

Current set of house tiles, plus attempted desk. It has a few cups from the standard tiles to show that you can put things on it. Because I think the last time I tried to put a cup on a table in RPG Maker it vanished. So counter items = okay but tables = not okay? 

Still a lot more key house items to go. I want to switch it up soon so I don't get burned out with pixels and tiny brushes.

I had a couple hours of being off-duty tonight so I tried out a wall and a ceiling.

Starting on art for Sadgame. Sprites/character portraits.

Eventually I'll have to learn how to make tilesets because the RPG Maker defaults aren't going to cut it. Fun times ahead.
