The black hole

And in this life...sometimes I feel like I have lived a hundred lives...maybe there are 100 different people in this one body..I feel like I've separated every traumatic memory and all the other memories in between have been blurred... and now I am slowly letting myself remember ... and the memories hurt..like physically hurt... like they are physically being pulled of me..and sometimes I don't know what to do with these thoughts..where do i put them now they are out..i feel like they are rolling around and around inside of me so much that I am constantly nauseous...and they are just going to continue to spin inside of me until I know where to put them...sometimes the sadness and the blackness of it all seems never ending 🖤

And sometimes it takes a flood gate of tears to be able to even see the horizon starting to clear.
