tbwf when u need to take a shower cuz u havent in days n u feel gross n smell bad but u cant make urself get up n do it cuz it takes a lotta energy n motivation that u rly dont have n showering gives u Bad Sensory Feels during n even after :^(

tbwf when ur rly sensitive abt sensory stuff n everything makes u anxious/upset (like feeling breeze from an open window or smelling food cooking that u dont like etc etc i could go on :/)
