Rocky V has cameras flashing during sporting events inside dark arenas, with more frequent flashes in a late press conference scene. Some fast edits in a sequence near the end of the film create a moderate strobe effect.

The camera work in this film is stationary for much more of the runtime than previous installments, with the only notable handheld camera work happening during a climactic fight scene at the end.

Flashing Lights: 6/10. Motion Sickness: 2/10.
