College doesnt feel like a place for me as a disabled person.

But i want it so bad. So bad it hurts. I dont want this to control any more parts of my life. It already stole my chance to be a teenager. Thankfully I was a pretty oblivious child to how the world treated me.

I sit in the ER after waiting too many days to get checked out while my dad lectures me about how my health doesnt care about homework. I know it's out of love and concern. But college doesnt care about my health.

I'll never get "better"

I wish trying felt like I was actually doing anything.

Got back late from a friend's house tonight and forgot to take my epilepsy meds right away, so suddenly I get this piercing headache and I think, "ah!! ☝️ ok i need to go take my meds rn"

But because I am the way I am I immediately start projecting onto my OC cause I know I want to write a scene where he doesn't have his meds, therefore headache be upon him

And I get so into thinking about the scene I forget to take my meds and I don't even realise until like ten minutes later when the headache comes back but worse 🫠

Spider-Man: Brand New Day (2026)

Spider-Man: Brand New Day has multiple scenes with electrical-style weapons that use bright arcs of electricity, which flash brighter on impact. There is some brief use of rapid-firing firearms with bright muzzle flashes in daytime lighting. There are a few moments of flickering lights, including bright sparking effects from damaged environments.

The swinging action one would expect from a Spider-Man film is all in this one, with extreme heights and speeds used throughout. The camera rolls very quickly during some action sequences.

TRIGGER WARNING: The way possession is used in this film includes some violations of boundaries the characters would otherwise have, including in a kiss.

BRANDON'S REVIEW: With this being the farthest into the story a cinematic Spider-Man has achieved, it is still a solid success. Tom Holland brings an evolving maturity to the character that his real-life aging has helped him grow into ever since stepping into the role as cinema's first believable teenager playing the character. Whether it was worth the five years it's been since No Way Home may be up for debate, but Brand New Day does a lot to propel us into the next chapter of the MCU. Grade: B.

fascinating to read how people talk about "brain fog" because the idea that i could do things despite it is impossible. i can rest to make it go away but basically it's like walking with a broken leg. i will fall. maybe even literally. so maybe other people's brain fog is more like, my tired? or just a totally different thing that i don't experience
