~ Motivational Monday ~ If you allow, horses will teach you everything you need to know....from making a change to find your authentic self to guiding you to your higher purpose.  <3 Sage, my HeartHorse, nearly 23 yrs young, has been my 'partner-in-crime' for over 16 years!   She has endured my path  changes, my brilliant moments, my frustrating moments, and my  judgements and comparison of myself to others.   She has remained the most patient of teachers and when I understood 'how to listen', she flowed into connection, offers and movements based in autonomy.
