Happy Memorial Day weekend everyone. Hope you're out having an amazing time. I was actually supposed to be down in Venice Beach at a birthday bbq with a bunch of cute skater/hipster kids, but wah wah, party canceled. Don't worry, I have a rooftop b-day party tonights ;)

But I finally did reach a good point with my blog and the design of it, so time to put the "petal to the metal" so to speak. I think the hardest in life is finding your voice, and figuring out how to share it. We're all such diverse people, and no two people have the same experiences, thoughts, automatic conversation going...

Not sure how to describe it. But I've learned, "it's okay." That's the amazing thing of finally saying, "I'm ready." Getting ready, it was a long process let me tell ya...cough cough..."what is your blog about?...what's it called? how are you going to make money?" and on. and on. and on.

My personal journey has taken me to the discovery the greatest gift you can give yourself is "The Gift of Freedom." Dum dum Dum dummmmmm. I'm just waxing poetic here, and that's the point. It's fun to be free, and do what feels good for your soul. It's okay to be happy, why wouldn't you want to be happy all time. It's the best feeling ever. It's like your body is tingly from just enjoying the moment.

My freedom has taken me to figuring out my voice, and how I can contribute towards making the world a better place. I thought you had to be serious about it, and I mean that in the sense of tone. It's not a flippant statement, but more of a, "hmmm, you can't act so high and mighty because the point is to connect with people. You have to figure out what some mutal interests are, let's begin a dialogue vs here's Saidy on her soapbox.
