An outstanding vegan option in Thao Dien. @kashewcheese has all the fixings for a delicious spread of treats and wholesome sandwiches. New found bread. Outside of the norm of banh mi, there are the artisan bread makers. @tartinesaigon being one of them. We were truly impressed by the quality of their service and product. For lunch, we tried the Tiger Prawn Tartine; a mouthwatering sourdough sandwich with avocado, pickled fennel, turmeric mayo, rocket salad, and smoked paprika. We finished our experience off with a healthy strawberry n’ banana smoothie. So good!
