[Bye Marocco...Finalmente si salpa!]

Ci siamo, la “finestra” che attendevamo con ansia si è aperta. Dopo aver preparato la barca ed aspettato l’ultima visita della polizia locale siamo finalmente pronti per continuare il nostro viaggio. Dopo 4-5 giorni sembra che il vento che stia girando, arriveremo a prenderlo da nord-ovest e a volte da nord-est man mano che navigheremo verso la prossima destinazione, Tenerife.

Sorrido, l’esperienza in Marocco si è rivelata intensa ed appagante e, allo stesso tempo, il ritorno in mare mi riempie di gioia. Lasciamo la magnifica Rabat, la sua imponente figura sullo sfondo ci saluta. 

Ci aspettano 500 miglia per raggiungere le Canarie.

First off, Ray is the cutest ♥️ I wanted to clean the car, and he helped me despite that it obviously was going to rain 5 seconds after this. When purchasing this car we had a lot of musts. We wanted a car we could throw a sleeping pad in and vanlife it when needed. Especially since this will be our temporary home after we sell everything to move into the boat. We are still working out a few kinks and I am working on version 2 of the blackout window inserts. Also hopping to build a slide in platform so we can have more storage under our sleeping area. Will document the process as we build that out.
