Cat sat at the very same booth that she'd always sat in with Declan way back when -- and she smiles at the fact that their initials are still carved crudely into the wood tabletop. This booth is all but officially their booth, there's no other spot in this entire diner that knows them quite like this one does. Yet, she feels anxiety bubbling in her chest. Her smile drops slightly, and she's absently picking at the skin around her nails now. There's no reason to be nervous, it's just Declan! But then again, that's also every reason to be nervous. It's been so long ... they haven't spoken in person in some time -- he's reduced to pixels on a screen most of the time, even since she came back from New York. She almost reaches for her phone to send some kind of text with a lame excuse to reschedule ... but she sees him approach and she can't help but smile and hop up to greet him. "Ducky!"
