Please review Saitei Megami

I always wondered how would you guys react if we just answered ‘no’ to these review questions?-: Impulsive thoughts with Kai.

Anyways, what is there to review about Saitei Megami? There’s nothing really substantial about it that would warrant a full-on review. So a quickie review would be sufficient here.

Yandere: Hana

Anyways, Saitei Megami is a collection of yuri oneshot stories. The only story that could be considered a yandere story is the first one. All the other stories are just angst. Spoilers undercut.

So... we got two ladies. Shino and Hana. Shino was bullied at school and became a recluse because of it. Hana was Shino’s only best friend and only person to visit Shino. The two quickly started dating within the first couple of pages and Shino decided to do her best to overcome her anxieties. But uh oh! Hana doesn’t like that and hired Shino’s ex bullies to traumatize her back into being a recluse. Shino overheard this after tailing Hana because Hana was acting sketchy. Shino deleted the ex bullies’s blackmail Hana got and confronted Hana. Hana reviews that Shino helped her to her feet because PLOT TWIST Hana was being bullied, making that their situations switched after their interactions because she wanted Shino to rely on her. Yada yada yada, some angsty thoughts and Shino decided to be with Hana forever.

Anyways, basic yandere plot and straight to the point oneshot. So 4/5 on the yandere scale. A point missing because it’s so short and we don’t have many interactions between Hana and Shino besides interactions to get from point A to point B within the plot/relationship status. 

Overall score: 9/10

Manga isn’t bad and is a good quick read.
